Every 2 years, Food Facilities that export to the U.S. need to renew their facility registration with the FDA. Please visit the FDA Industry Systems webpage to access your account. If you have forgotten your Account ID and/or password, please select ‘Forgot Account ID’ and/or ‘Forgot Password’ to obtain your login information. If you have not accessed your account in over 90 days, you will be required to create a new password.

If your company has not established a DUNS number, please submit for one soon so there are no lapses in FDA registration renewal. Failure to renew registration will result in the cancellation of your facilities registration.
